Shipping & Returns


All orders ship via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Ground orders ship within 24 business hours, not including weekends and holidays.
Expedited orders placed by 2:00PM ET will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday). Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

New, defective, unused and unaltered merchandise will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Merchandise that has been worn, washed or customized is not eligible for return. Merchandise must include all vendor tags and be in its original, sellable condition. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Contact Customer Service for any questions regarding gift returns.

  • Click here to print a Return Label. Your order number can be found on the My Account page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-888-706-6767.
  • Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location. A small fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging merchandise, shipping is free.
  • If you need another Prepaid Return Label, please call Customer Service at 1-888-706-6767, or email us at
  • If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

Allow 14 days for us to receive and process returns and credits.

On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment.
This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered.
If a Vi, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a credit.

Tracking a Return

When printing a return label, you can check the notification boxes to have an email sent to you with delivery confirmation. You can also enter your tracking number on the UPS Website.


When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “backorder” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.

As soon as it becomes available we will ship your backordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.) And if you decide to cancel - no problem - because you aren’t charged for the backordered item until it ships.

We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of backordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.

We stand behind the quality of our product. Any item delivered in damaged or defective condition will be replaced within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service department at 888.706.6767 to arrange for the exchange.


We cannot accept returns or exchanges for pants that have been hemmed, cuffed or otherwise altered to your specifications.
